The Manali side of the circuit opens around mid-June once Kunzum Pass is cleared and stays open until early October. The Shimla–Kinnaur road is open almost all year, so a winter Spiti trip is possible between December and March if you are prepared for −20°C nights.

Yes. Permits for Nako, Sumdo, Hanle, Nubra and Pangong are handled by our office. We only need a scan of your ID a week before departure; foreign nationals need a passport copy and a slightly longer window.

Stays on twin sharing, all breakfasts and dinners, a private vehicle with a hill-experienced driver, permits, parking and toll, and a trip coordinator on call. Flights, lunches, entry tickets and personal expenses are not included, and are listed line by line on the itinerary we send.

Family departures are planned with shorter driving days, a rest afternoon after every long transfer and hotels with lifts or ground-floor rooms where we can. For Ladakh with young children or elderly parents we recommend flying into Leh and giving two full days to acclimatise.

Full refund minus a small processing fee up to 30 days before departure, 50% between 30 and 15 days, and no refund inside 15 days. If a road closure or weather event makes the trip impossible, we move your booking to another date at no charge.
